R S Fabricator has been using CNC Punch Press latest technology for punching. Punching is a tried and true process capable of punching hole pattern very quickly and with close tolerances. With our vast library of tooling, we can quickly and economically produce a large quantity of parts in short span of time. CNC Press Brake Facilities( Bending)

Accuracy of fabrication depends upon accurate bending, poor bending quality makes the accuracy of the product zero.Empowered with quality management team to supervise the quality of the products, we here use NC bending Press Brake for bending. The bending capacity of our machine is 120 ton -3100 mm. CNC press brake ensures stroke depth measurement through high precision linear glass scale upto 0.01 mm accuracy.

Powder Coating Facilities

Powder coating has become the fastest growing finishing technology. More and more finishing engineers have switched from liquid finishing to powder coating as the way to produce high quality, durable finishes. Powder coating maximizes production, improves efficiency and complies with increasingly stringent environmental regulations. It is a dry finishing process, using ground particles of pigment and resin which are electrostatic-ally charged and sprayed onto a part to be coated. Features 1.
