We are pleased to introduce ourselves as an Organization named as Rs Group Elite Securities, headed by Capt. M. K. Chakrabarty an retired Army Officer having a second part of the said group empanelled by Director General of Resettlement, Min. of Defence, Govt. of India Vide Empanelment No. 2052 in February 2008 under the banner of ASSEMBLY OF ELITE GUARDS (an Ex-Defence personnels organisation) alongside our civilian part as titled above.
Our motto Uttam Suraksha has its embodiment in commitment to provide highly professional and effective services in the field of Security and Manpower management. We deploy suitable and result oriented personnel through agreement as per the requirements of our valued customers.
We have a clear vision of our role in todays rapidly changing scenario. With the consequential increasing emphasis on security, we pledge to assist the Industries and other Business Establishments in insulating and effective countering the dormant as well as active danger zones and vulnerable as per security point of view. We have engaged a committed workforce encompressing Ex-servicemen as well as skilled civilians to bring in a quite revolution in the areas of Industry, Private Security and Intelligence services including Banks, Hospitals, Reputed Hotels, Road and Rail Bridges etc.
Objectives
The main objective of the Company is to provide distinguished and professional security services in the areas of industries as well as in Private Sector and also to promote innovation of security arrangement in industries, Govt. agencies, Corporation and Other establishments. In addition to all personnel who are being deployed at various places, are being well trained by the authorized Ex-Army trainers under the supervision of the Ex-Army officers who are able to undertake the responsibilities of Personal/Industrial Security, including Consultancy, Detective, Escort, Carriers and Securities, Valuable Documents, Cash, Important papers, Packets, Goods, etc. from one place to another and other allied services.
Sources Of Recruitment:
We recruit physically fit Ex-servicemen having bold personality after verifying the validity of their documents, character and antecedents. Also, we train civilian guards in our training centre for deployment in various organisations. Retired personnel from Para-military forces are also treated as equivalent to Ex-servicemen and are absorbed in the same capacity, subject to their experience and suitability. Besides, retired personnel either from State Police or State Home Guards possessing the same eligibility criteria laid down for Ex-servicemen are considered for selection and kept in second line.
Terms & Conditions:
01. The deployed security personnel will be under your administrative control and they will act under your direction round the clock in supervision of the entire premises to prevent entry of unauthorized persons, pilferage of any/or commission of any offence against property or person on the said premises within the view of security personnel.
02. Regulate entry and exit of the person and personnel within the said premises.
03. To determine in consultation with the officers of your Establishment the strategic points, where security personnel can be made available/deployed.
04. Any change from the duty as prescribed shall be made only with the written orders of your establishment.
05. Engage them in fire fighting.
06. In addition to the above, our security personnel will abide by the instruction of the competent authority of the establishment in respect of further strengthening of the security arrangements.
07. Deployment of the security personnel in your establishment will also work as escort to the Senior Executive as and when required. |
