In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product we offer a 6 month “Fair Wear and Tear” guarantee, were during this time we will replace,repair items free of charge. If we cannot repair the items we will replace it. If we no longer have the item we will offer a substitute or a credit to the value of the original purchase price.
After the 6 month period which runs from the date of invoice we will no longer be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.
If we discover a manufacturing defect we will notify you immediately and recall the goods. A full credit would be offered in these circumstances. Real Leather is a natural product. It breathes,is warm and has individual characteristics which makes each hide unique and as such means that each product made of leather is unique in its own way
