The company was promoted by mr. Chandrakant rane, a textile graduate by qualification and a masters in business administration nurtured the company s manufacturing base and fuelled its steady growth. The company is a family owned business today professionally managed under the chairmanship of mr. Chandrakant rane.

Besides the company's own manufacturing it also manufactures for multinational healthcare giants on contract manufacturing terms. The company also has a marked existence in the export market with their presence in the 16 countries since the last 30 years.
