Customized as per the specifications of our clients, these are in compliance with various industrial standards and possess following specifications and features: • Accurately machined crusher crank shaft • Diameters of considerable over size for normal loading thus providing an important factor against deflection • Crushers specially fitted with Anti friction roller bearing for greater production at lowest maintenance possible • In Ruby single toggle jaw crusher, well designed compression spring and spring rod provide cushioning to the toggle mechanism, eliminate knocks and reduces the wear • Easily replaceable toggle plate is designed for correctly jaws movement and act as safeguard in the event un-crushable material accidentally entering jaws • Positive pressure grease lubrication protects bearings • Movement of grease outward form bearings through specially designed dust covers bearings and prevents excessive wear • Two heave cast iron fly wheels are fitted and are balanced to ensure smooth steady running • Side plates made of manganese steel serve double function of holding the fixed jay in positive and protecting the sides of the crushing chamber • Easily replaceable when wear becomes excessive • Body is fabricated using superior quality and tested M. S. Plate • Welded fabricated construction • End and side walls stiffened with steel ribs • Heavy external ribs welded in place to reinforce and stiffen the frame points of maximum stress • Cast Manganese steel jaws are highly wear resistant element of Ruby Crushers • Crushing surface of the Jaw plates e suitably corrugated so that the riffles of the swing jaw exactly oppose the recesses of fixed jaw • Jaw plates reversible when they wear at the throat.
