Lifting and Lashing Means

We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of lifting points, which are highly demanded in both national and international market. These lifting points are ready for bolting and welding from M6 by M150, from 1/4" by 5" in different constructions. Made using premium grade material, these offer high strength, corrosion resistance and durability.

We have the following range of lifting points :

• Double-ball bearing : For smooth lifting and turning operations. Provided with a universal connection for every sling means such as hook- and ring assembly, basket chains, round slings, loops, etc. Optimized design avoids damage to the sling means and the precious load during turning. Maximum WLL with smallest thread diameter.
• Eye bolt VRS in pink : Can be adjusted to the direction of pull. Higher load capacities than DIN 580-eyebolts. With multiple-point-suspensions at 2- leg and 3 / 4-leg, the positioning of the eye bolt has to be in the direction of pull.
• Load ring VLBG : Can be turned by 360°, adjusted to the direction of pull. Complete with a 100% crack detected hexagon insert socket screw for universal use of tools.
• Load ring WBG-V/WBG : These are heavy duty lifting rings, having a ball-bearing swivel and are suitable for turning and tilting of loads. Simple assembly, only one tapped hole is required. Available with different thread lengths.
• Starpoint-eye nut VRM : Can be adjusted to the direction of pull. Higher load capacities than DIN 582-eyenuts.
• Bolt on hooks VABH-B / VCGH-G : Suitable for wire rope, chain and round slings. Ideal for incorporating into lifting beam assemblies. The bolted version is supplied complete with 100% crack detected hexagon bolt.
• Eye bolts RS : These are high-tensile eye bolts, having higher WLL than DIN 580 or BS eyebolts. Forged, tempered and 100% crack detected.
• Eye nuts RM : Higher WLL than compared with DIN 582 eye nuts. Forged, tempered and 100% crack detected.
• Load ring VRBG : Lifting points ready for bolting with patented relief naps (up to RBG 15 t), protecting the fixing screws against bending and shearing loads. All versions with 100% crack detected bolts.
• Accessories : Adapters, bolts, nuts and washers.

Some of our lifting means are :

• VIP-master links : Suitable for every crane hook. The chain connecting link special connector RG is attached to the correspondingly matching masterlink in a moveable, but lasting way.
• VIP-round steel link chain : Chain sizes from 4 up to 222 mm. From 0,6 to 20 t in 1-leg. Up to 56 t for 4-leg. The surface quality corresponds to a galvanization. Chain diameters VIP 16, VIP 20, VIP 22 mm in VIP special quality replace chain diameters 18 mm, 22 mm and 26 mm of quality class 8.
• VIP-Shortening elements : Can be mounted at every position in the chain strand or moved on the chain. Ideal support of the chain by link-shaped pocket support, thus no reduction of WLL.
• VIP-Hooks and end links : Robustly constructed, these includes cobra hooks, self locking hooks, foundry hooks, cobra eye sling hooks, container hooks, foolproof high dynamic shackle, end link, rhombic link, bale hook, connector, plug in connector and shackle foolproof.
• VIP-Connecting and cross elements : for the attachment of eye components and fork head isolating latch for welding at suspending loads.
• VIP-Swivel elements : Can be combined in many ways, can be mounted with all VIP components at the fork head in a fool-proof way by means of the adapter web.
• VIP-Balancers / distance plates : For equalizing the leg force and distance plates are used as distance holder within assemblies.
• Accessories / spare parts : For regular maintenance and repair of VIP sling and lashing means.

We are instrumental in offering our clients, meticulously fabricated Lifting means. Our assortment includes :

• Complete lashing assemblies : VIP-Lashing systems in RUD special quality 8S according to EN 12195-3.
• Tensioner : A newly developed spindle tensioner with an axial tensioning lever for the 6mm VIP chain. Permissible lashing capacity (LC) =3000 daN. Standard Tension Force (STF) approx. 1500 daN.
• Lashing systems accessories : For a regular maintenance and repair of VIP lashing means. These includes multi master, connecting bolt, safety set VCGH, safety set for VMVK & VML and others.
• Lashing points : Original VIP-quality. The material of the forged welding block is S355J2+N (1.0577+N).

• PowerPoint® WPP : The first generation of lifting and lashing points, ready for weld on, with a double ball-bearing for a tilting, twisting and turning.
• PowerPoint® WPPH : Ready for weld on, with a universal connection for every sling means such as hook- and ring assembly, casket chains, round slings, loops etc.
• Load ring VLBS : For the quick assembly, a welding block with patented distance nabs. The load bracket can be tilted by 180°, made of high-tensile material, 100% crack detected and thus overall loadable.
• Load ring VRBS/RBS-B : Force distribution by 2-point-attachment, required thinner welding seams. The ring latch can be tilted by 180°, made of high-tensile material, 100% crack detected and thus overall loadable.
• Load ring VRBSS : With additional lock maintaining the ring latch in every position required.
• Load ring VRBK : Prepared for the direct welding at 90° corners at the transport goods. The ring latch can be tilted by 270°, made of high-tensile material, 100% crack detected and thus overall loadable.
• Mounting hooks VABH-W/VCGH-S : Mounting hooks as lifting point at cross bars, for wire slings, round slings and sling & lifting means with eye and oval ring. Stable hook securing same as the cobra hook VCGH.
• LBS-RS Load ring welded stainless steel : The rust-free lifting ring LBS-RS is manufactured of material 1.4571, thus resistant against inter-crystalline corrosion in welded condition - in permanent use up to 400°C. Suitable for numerous applications in the chemical industry, the petrol industry and others.
