RUDRA Offshore Management Services and Educational Consultant Pvt Ltd., was established in July, 2005.Rudra offshore training academy is pleased to offer a unique career opportunity in Oil & Gas Industry. We started as a recruitment consultant in offshore industry and in a span of 3 years we diversified into Technical training institute for offshore industry. Our Training Academy is a 23000 sq.ft premises; located in Dombivli,the spacious centre is equipped with modern equipment for hands on training. We apply best technical practices and relevant experience to deliver value added training through our multidisciplinary trainers. After completion of courses, we provide recruitment assistance in countries like Singapore, USA, Europe, Canada, Middle East, India and many more countries.
We are in process of accreditation & registration with IADC, IWCF, ISSAST, ENERGY INSTITUTE, NSC, ISO 9001:2008, ROC, AWS, IAFC and ONGC. Primarily, we are into recruitment consultancy for our corporate clients. We have a large database of technical candidates for offshore industry. We have presence in major metro cities like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Varanasi, Allahabad, Pune etc. with a strong team. We have 230 Middle and senior placements in India & aboard.

- Our process begins only after we receive company, employers letter which describes the job description including work, profile details, number of positions, qualifications required, experience details, skills and salary range and all other required details.
- In the next step, we find the candidates from our data bank followed by proper communication with them.
- The details are sent to clients and after getting approval from them, we organize interviews for the short listed candidates with our clients as per their availability followed by selection if every thing goes well
For technical & professional categories, we can also conduct the selection and testing of candidates with proper assistance of our consultant team for oil & gas industry.
Technical Training:
- Our first step is to register the candidate on the basis of our set criteria
- The next step comes with the preparation of the training module keeping in mind the industrial standards
- The execution is done theoretically and practically to ensure that the candidate comprehends the process well
Real estate consultancy:
- We try to gauge the requirements of clients with respect of his budget and other constraints
- We analyze the location and its suitability for the concerned requirement
- Execution of task such as construction, development and inspection of the real estate works as per industrial standards and client’s requirements

- Promoted to Roughneck/Floor Man:-
- Complete on the job training modules and get 6 months work experience.
- Promoted to Derrick Man:- Complete on the job training modules and 18 month works experience.
- Advanced Technical Drilling Course:- Commencing after 30 months A 3 year course to be completed during off-periods while working. Complete modules for Asst.Driller.
- Promoted to Assistant Driller:- Complete on the job training modules and 18 to 24 months work experience and completes Driller straining modules.
- Promoted to Driller:- Complete on the Job Training Modules and 36 to 48 months work experience and Completes Supervisors Training Modules.
- Promoted to Night Pusher:- Complete on the Job Training Modules & 24 months work experience.
Promoted to Supervisor (Tool Pusher)
Accreditated Courses Completion Certificate
