About UsRupkala founded in 1955 with the task of our beloved father Mr. T. K. Panchasara. He was bachelor in Mech. Electrical (hons) with standing 1st in Charotar Vidya Mandal University. He was Gold Medalist.
Soon he joined the business of his father for making truck body building.
Developing further business he started making gears in the year 1962 on milling machines.
He was looking a great future in advanced gear technology. Step by step gear shaping, hobbing and shaving and finally added gear grinding technology also.
In 1980¿s his sons Mr. Mahendra & Mr. Mukesh joined factory with obtaining graduation in Mechanical and Instrumentation degrees with distinction marks from highly respected engineering college.
Adopting gear grinding technology for manufacturing high precision gears suitable for various machineries, machine tools, equipments, earth moving equipments and industrial gear boxes. Starting from 20 nos. of hardened & ground gears a day today company making 250 gears everyday.

InfrastructureInfrastructure The company is well infrastructure equipped with highly sophisticated CNC and automated machines like CNC Horizontal Machining Center, CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC Turn Mill Center, CNC Turning Center, CNC Hobbing, CNC gear grinding machine, precision face grinding and bore grinding machines. Company is equipped with CNC lead & profile testing equipment. Company is equipped with latest material handling equipments like 2 nos. EPT of 5 tones each and hydraulic fork life. Enowraores measuring and testing equipments and digital 2D height gauges.
