CHECK VALVES
We offer a range of precision check valves that are designed to be self cleaning, quick opening, and positive sealing. These can be customized on the basis of client’s specifications. Therefore, they are available in various dimensions and designs. They are mainly used to make liquid or gas flow in only one direction. These check valves used in a wide variety of applications in many industries.

STEAM VALVES We manufacture steam valves of longer durability from high quality bronze. We use bronze confirming to IS 318 grade to make body & cap parts while spindle, seat and diaphragm are made by non-magnetic stainless steel. Diaphragm nut and gland are made of brass bars confirming to IS 319. They can work under sever steam pressure up to 17.5 Kg/Cm2 and temperature up to 224 C and cold non shock fluids up to 21kg / C. These steam valves are used to control the flow and pressure level of steam and heated water vapor. We customize steam valves to different sizes and specifications. NON FERROUS CASTINGS
Non-Ferrous castings is one of the expertise we posses. Our factories are well equipped with advanced and complete facilities. We ensure to carry out the whole casting procedure in sequence that results in manufacturing standard castings. We offer non-ferrous castings from various materials including Aluminum, Phosphor Bronze, Lead casting, Gun Metal etc. Casting is a manufacturing process by which a liquid material is poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. Our molding process involves:

Machine molding
Pneumatic M/C molding
We offer green sand, shell molding and CO2 molding. We follow comprehensive testing process, hence have got castings certified for physical and chemical composition.

Our Ferrous castings include different molding processes such as hand molding, machine molding pneumatic molding. We offer Ferrous casting in various ranges of products. It is mainly used in boiler industries for solid fuel boilers, fire-doors, ash-doors, grates, grate-bars, Traver grate boilers casting, dumping grate boiler castings, graded C.I. castings, up to FG-250.
