A bend die accommodates a small center line radius, thereby eliminating the center stud.  This design also is helpful to add in support.

We are manufacturing and exporting Band Clamps that are for gripping on a previous bend, a bend with little to no straight length, or to orientate a tube for a second set up so that we provide a qualitative product to our customers.

We manufacture and export Pressure Dies that do not move during the bending process, rather, the tube simply drags through the pressure die during the bend.  Pressure dies can reduce galling and marking of the tube by alleviating some drag during bending.  By traveling at bend speed it can also reduce wall thinning on the out side of the tube.  Some benders are equipped with boost or pressure die assist.  By adding pressure at or faster than bend speed, material can actually be added to the outside of the tube.
