Since the very inception it has practiced a path of steady growth and initially started the business in manufacturing sawdust and coconut shells powder, and raw materials for mosquito coils. Gradually in the year 2000, the company expanded itself into the production of Bottle caps for distillers and then in 2004 into Bottle Washing unit. With its remarkable achievements in the market, the RVS Group formed its sister concerns namely:

RVS Bottle Caps had its humble beginning in the year 2000, situated at the prime location of Coimbatore and is one of the leading manufacturers of ROPP Aluminum caps. Our entire qualitative assortment provides safe and reliable packaging, providing protection, prevention and trouble free performance and is widely used in distilleries and pharmaceutical companies. R.V. Ramachandran established RVS Bottles in the year 2004. Our company is spread across a sprawling area of about 12 acres of land area at Coimbatore. We also take pride in being most preferred Bottle Washing Unit for a wide spectrum of distiller companies from Tamilnadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. The highlighting features of our organization include the following:

The godown covers an area of about 6000 sq. feet
We are efficient in handling more than 21 varieties of bottles of various sizes, that are collected from all over TamilNadu districts like Salem, Erode, and Pollachi etc
Our unit at Coimbatore is capable of washing 1.5 lakhs of bottles per day. We have a branch at Madurai, which is the major centre and main market for bottle processing. The unit at Madurai has facilities to handle about 3.5 lakhs of bottles each day
