Right from the procurement aluminum sheets to the final process of wad-fixing our team of quality controllers stringently checks our entire gamut at every stage of processing. In fact, we adhere to international standards to ensure outstanding quality to meet the Pharmaceutical standards. Accordingly our in-house lab facility is provided with air lock in the entrance area to ensure dust free operations. Following are some of the necessary steps taken at our premises to ensure that the best and flawless gamut is delivered to the market: - Personnel are provided with caps, masks, disposable gloves and separate slippers inside the working area for a clean functioning environment
- Ionizing facility is available to guarantee clean working environment
- Edible paraffin is being used for lubricating sheets in the punching process which does not change the property of the contents in the bottles
- To find the leakages in the caps Vaccumising is done
- Sprit and Alcohol test is done for caps until 48 hours to avoid peel-off printing
- Multilayer wad is been used for leak proof packing
- Food grade lacquer such as Vinyl based Lacquer, Acetone Resistance Lacquer highly used in pharmaceuticals, distilleries, food packing industries is been used. This coating ensure that the aluminum does not change the alcohol, drugs or liquid property and to avoid poisoning of the food material
- All rejected caps are crushed and chipped before sending for scrap
- The end process wadding machine area is completely covered
- Inspection conveyors are provided at every stage to avoid defective caps during the production process

Technical Quality Assurance - Digital measuring instruments are used for all the measurements
- Imported weighing scales are used in our lab for 0.01mg accuracy of the cap which is mainly used in the Jewellery industries
- Stainless steel gauges are used for measuring all kind of caps at each and every stage of measurement
- Carbide tip tool is used to measure the exact thickness of the bridges in the caps and to maintain the opening torque within 40-110 kg/cm
- UTS hardness is measured in the plain aluminum sheet at the entry stage to ensure cup value is within the range of 3-5
- Shore A Scale is used to test the hardness of the wad
- Imported torque wrench is used to measure the opening torque of the caps.
- Electronic counting is provided in the end process to ensure accurate quantity
- Food grade certificates for Wads and Lacquers are given as a copy with the product delivery.
