With 4 well-furnished manufacturing units, we can fabricate and export high grade packaging materials in large scale to all the relevant industries. To optimize on our resources we ensure that these are maintained and updated as per the existing industrial norms.
 
Sophisticated machines are installed in our manufacturing units along with latest testing amenities. Henceforth with the application of these machineries the entire production process is carried out efficiently and effectively. With the application of these and other sophisticated machineries our production capacity of Air Bubbles is 6000 MT / annum and the production capacity of our E.P.E foam products is 4000 MT/annum.For synchronized functioning of our organization we have segmented them into different departments.One such department is our in-house design unit which has all the latest amenities enabling us to offer industry leading products.  

Mr. Lalitbhai Kagathara established RHYNO group in the year 1996 with an aim to offer all round solution to the various packaging requirement.
 
RHYNO THERMOPACK INDUSTRIES incepted in the year 1997 is involved in the manufacture, supply and export of E.P. S. sheets and E.P. S. moulds, formally known as thermocol. The manufacturing plant is located at Shapar (Veraval) Industrial Zone Rajkot spread in an area of area of 9000 square meters and the production capacity of E.P.S sheets is 450 MT / annum. We manufacture E.P.S in various forms such as:
 

• Sheet (5 mm to as per requirement)
• Fish box (coffin type/ square type)
• Mould (as per clientele requisite)
• Ice Box (3.0 ltrs to 75 ltrs)
• Block(2mtrsX1mtrsX1.5 mtrs)

 
RAHIL FOAM PVT. LTD. is one of the companies in our group established in the year 2001. This company is involved in the manufacture, supply and export of expanded non-cross linked polyethylene foam, disposable face mask, hospital disposable curtain, etc. We have a well furnished manufacturing plant at Shapar (Veraval) Industrial Zone, with production capacity of E.P.E foam products 4000 MT / annum.
