We offer a wide range of variable transformers and servo stabilizers that are made from 2 amps to 300 amps in single coil and above that in ganged coil with the help of balancing coil. It has single layer, enameled copper wire winding on a toroidal core of laminated silicon steel and each turn is connectable via carbon Brush mounted on a moving arm. These are available in open type (for panel mounting) with metal enclosure and is also manufactured as per client’s requirement including auto transformer with voltmeter, ammeter either analogue or digital.

Our range of transformers make up to 60 amps both air-cooled and oil cooled models whereas above 60 amps in oil cooled models only. Moreover, as per client’s specifications, we also offer double layer winding capacity up to 5 KVA especially for the manufactures of servo controlled stabilizers.

These transformers produce an accurate input wave to output circuit, providing without distortion in voltage control. We offer two types of open type variable transformers, one is panel mounting (shaft length in aluminum base side) and the other servo (shaft length in moving arm side) manually operated variacs that have standard dials i.e. 0 to 270 volts mentioned or 0 to 100 % basis.
