Further, these also come with easy to replace filter cloth and more filtration area that provides better Washing and feed Pressure up To 5 Bars.
We also offer Membrane Filter Plates that performs the function of squeezing and delivers up to 435 psi / 30 bar squeezing pressure. Further, the high squeeze pressure also results in achieving additional liquid extraction during squeeze cycle, where the solid percentages increases, the filtration cycle time is reduced as compared to conventional recess chamber plate (Plate and frame) filter press, thus resulting in benefits of membrane plates v/s chamber plates.

How Membrane Plates Works:
Membrane plate is constructed in same basic method as recessed chamber plates
Here, the drainage surface of plates, however is flexible
After filtration, when chambers are filled with solids & while filter press is stilled, air pressure is exerted behind flexible drainage of plates
The membrane in-turn inflates/flexes outward & exert pressure on filter cake that have been formed
The cakes are then squeezed to reduce amount of remaining moisture prior to cake discharge
