Chamber Filter Plates offered by us are recess chamber filter elements that are most widely used for any filtration processes, meeting the normal dry solids filtration demands. These are made available in both gasket & non-gasketed styles and in sizes that range from 305mm To 1500mm. Further, these are manufactured in polypropylene for superior corrosion resistance & longer service life.

We also offer Membrane Filter Plates that performs the function of squeezing and delivers up to 435 psi / 30 bar squeezing pressure. Further, the high squeeze pressure also results in achieving additional liquid extraction during squeeze cycle, where the solid percentages increases, the filtration cycle time is reduced as compared to conventional recess chamber plate (Plate and frame) filter press, thus resulting in benefits of membrane plates v/s chamber plates.

• These Membrane squeeze plates reduce long packing cycle by introducing squeeze medium in to center of membrane squeeze plate (This allows membranes to flex against cake, compressing & packing it)

How Membrane Plates Works:

• Membrane plate is constructed in same basic method as recessed chamber plates
• Here, the drainage surface of plates, however is flexible
• After filtration, when chambers are filled with solids & while filter press is stilled, air pressure is exerted behind flexible drainage of plates
• The membrane in-turn inflates/flexes outward & exert pressure on filter cake that have been formed
• The cakes are then squeezed to reduce amount of remaining moisture prior to cake discharge
