Our machining facilities are state of the art and comparable with the best in the industry. The facility consists of the following:
· C.N.C Turning Center’s - 5
· V.M.C Machines. - 2
· Additional Automates
In addition to this we also have the regular and conventional setup for undertaking Turning, Milling, Shaping, Drilling etc. These facilities are being expanded from time to time, which will go on to make Sachin Forge as one of the leading members of the engineering fraternity.

Our Forging Division include facilities for hot forging which give us an inherent advantage to meet different customer demands in a shorter span of time. On the basis of our technical competence we are able to not just deliver quality products to our customers but also maintain deadlines that are sensitive to all our customers. Customer satisfaction is the key necessity to our business model and our facilities in this division help us to be responsive to all our customer needs.

At Sachin Forge our core competence is in Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Steel hot forgings of variety of dimension’s. We are equipped with Drop Hammers, Presses with heat treatment for Aluminum, and Stainless Steel. And in house die manufacturing facility.
