We offer incubators that are specifically designed to use as incubation of bacteria and help in decomposing organic matter in waste water.

Usage of quality raw material offers sturdy construction and high efficiency in various testing fields. The bacterial incubators are used in biology, botany, virology and oceanography.

The double walled cabinet is made of mild steel and lagged with high quality mineral glass wool. The inside door is made of a glass panel set in a wooden frame, fitted with felt gasket and fastened by ball catch lock. The outer door is double walled and made of mild steel, working on heavy brass hinges with a ball catch lock. Adjustable shelves are of crimp wire mesh offering minimum resistance to air convection. The ventilation arrangements are very efficient.

We also manufacture the laboratory oven which is a double walled, with inner and outer chamber made of Mild Steel / Stainless Steel 304 quality . Glass Wool 50 mm is used for insulation, in-between the two chamber walls. Door is insulates with asbestos gasket. Adjustable ventilation is provided. Heating elements, made of Nochrome 80/20, are places at the bottom of the chamber. Temperature is controlled with the help of a capillary thermostat. 3-heat switch is provided for power saving. Ovens are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply.

We offer muffle furnace whose casing is made of thick MS sheet. Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80ºC. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1200ºC. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.
