This cutting edge is made up of MS angle 75 X 6 welded back to back & bent to obtain the required shape. Vertical flat is 20 mm thick X 300 mm wide bent to shape and welded to angle to form strong cutting edge for bridge foundation wells.

Concrete Form Work (Shuttering) shown here is for PSC Girder. This is made out of 4 mm thk MS Sheet, backed by MS Flat 12 X 50 & 6 X 50 mm. Photograph depict form work assembled for length of  10 M. Total quantum was 40 M Length of 2 side forms sets & 8 Nos bottom shuttering. Bottom shuttering is made out of MC 150 supporting bottom plates.This has been supplied to well known construction consortium in Karnataka state(India).
