Warehouse / Production CapacitySafari’s manufacturing unit for moulded luggage is located at Halol (Dist. Panchmahal) which is around 45 kms. from the city of Baroda - Gujarat. It has an installed capacity to manufacture over 90,000 pieces of molded luggage per month. Soft luggage is out-sourced.

InfrastructureIn addition, our ancillaries are developed around our premises include a press shop, anodising shop, powder coating shop, pvc & fabric stitching/welding shop, rivets & screw manufacturers etc. Machinery includes eleven plastic injection moulding machines from 300 tones capacity of 1200 tones capacity with cooling towers, head cranes, colour mixing facility, drying ovens and material handling equipments. Frame manufacture has hydro pneumatic bending machines for making frames, with special purpose presses and drilling jigs for holes & slots. For drawing making and r&d, all necessary hardware and software is in place.

each process of production is fully monitored by production officials and audited by the quality assurance dept. reliability is checked on a continuous basis by godown audit, vendor visits, market visits etc.
We have over 100 staff doing supervision and quality control. Tested as per our own testing methods.
