Getting into this business as early as 1986 they ventured into full-scale production of Fire Resisting Filing Cabinets. These cabinets were later sent for testing at the Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, the only accredited institute in India to carry out such tests. By successfully undergoing both the Fire Endurance and Fire Impact tests, the Guardwel Fire Resisting Filing Cabinets were certified as one of the best of all the cabinets tested at that time. Further on they successfully designed, developed and introduced many new products on regular basis like Fire Protection Cabinets, Fire Resisting Micro data Cabinets, Computer Data Cabinets, full range of Cash Safes etc. Their distinctive characteristic is that they have the first indigenously developed Microdata cabinets at par with international standards, which have also passed the
Fire Endurance and Fire & Impact tests as per UL 72.
