DPC Machine

High precision all geared 3-speeds DPC wire covering machine suited for large scale accurate production with quality finished in normal wire. Reception drum is fitted with reduction gear head for pulling the finished materials. Provision for speed changing according to percentage of covering is incorporated in gear head. A mechanical clutch device is fitted with the machine for tensioning the wire according to the dimension. Chain and sprocket system is incorporated from gear head to tensioning unit and coil winding unit, V-belt and gear system is also incorporated inside the spinner tray. The machine should have proper arrangement of attachment of paper scraping machine for its smooth operation.
The machine is complete with ebonite plate for paper pad paper pad tensioning device with two nos. General dies for top and bottom tray, rough & final coil carrier , V- pulley etc.
