InfrastructureInfrastructure stunning italian history Built over an area of 5 hectares of land, our plant is fully equipped with contemporary infrastructure, manned by qualified technology professionals.
The ideal location of our processing facility makes it possible for the raw material to reach the plant in a very short span of time, thus ensuring that the material stays as fresh as possible. The plant is surrounded by about 3000 hectares of aquaculture ponds, which are as near as 15 minutes from the plant. In addition, about another 4000 hectares of aquaculture ponds, which are about 45 minutes from our plant. Our fleet of insulated reefer trucks ensures that the raw material reaches our factory in farm fresh condition.
We keep updating our technology, as and when required, to meet international standards of hygiene. Our plant achieved a 100% compliance with HACCP and is approved by European Standards. Continuous quality checks by our Quality Assistance Lab ensure that the produce meets the buyers' requirements.
