Advance Auto Concepts Pvt. Ltd. who pioneered the concept of karting in
india. Our rental karts range includes the Thundercat, available in
varying engine capacities. Another popular kart we make is the Twin
Seater karts. With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing karts and
our policy of continues improvement we have been able to produce hi
performance karts with excellent handling and reliability.Our Karts
Thundercat Rental Karts are built in accordance to current world standards. They are specially designed and manufactured to withstand the extensive usage of rental karting. The chassis of the karts is made from specially manufactured heavy-duty steel tubes. For precise front-end geometry, it is mig-welded in an accurate jig. To minimize the weight of the kart, critical components are made from a special grade of heat-treated, anodized, aluminum alloy. Generally our karts come fitted with two wheeler engines, but the chassis is designed to take any other engine like the Honda or the Briggs and Stratton. The engine power is transmitted via a chain and sprocket on to the rear axie, which is made of alloy steel. The rear axle rotates on three self-aligning bearings. The steering is direct Ackerman type fitted with flexible nylon linkage and rose joints at the ends. Wear resistant tyres fitted on alloy wheels, gives the Thundercat excellent road grip and handing characteristics. The life of the Thundercat is further enhanced by the chrome-plated components and the chassis is well painted in polyurethane paint. The karts are available in attractive colors.
Safety
Maximum
safety is fundamental to our design and development. Excellent braking
is provided by a single hydraulically operated disc brake, acting on the
rear wheels. Fitted with heavy-duty fiberglass side-pods/nose-cone and a
strong peripheral bumper, which are designed to absorb front and side
impact, it provides complete protection to the vehicle and the driver.Services
Besides development and manufacturing of karts, we offer specialized consultancy regarding design, selection of site, construction and operation of rental karting centers at economical costs. We will evaluate various aspects related to design, location of site, weather conditions etc. and provide you with the best solutions. In the recent past we have designed, execuled and supplied karts to over 15 rental karting tracks in India, including international karting tracks in Banglore.
