Description LILAX – M.C. is a liquid admixture for concrete to achieve high resistance to water ingress. It is based on a blend of surface active agents and refined lignosulphonate.
 
Uses LILAX – M.C. should be used in all structural concrete that is constantly or intermittently in contact with water such as sea walls, tunnels, basements, structural and pre-cast concrete in exposed superstructures. LILAX – M.C. can also be used as waterproofing cum plasticising admixture for cement mortars and plasters.

Direction for use LILAX – M.C. is a ready-to-use liquid which is dispensed into the concrete together with the mixing water. The plasticising effect and water reduction are higher if the admixture is added to the damp concrete after 50 to 70% of the mixing water has been added. The addition of LILAX – M.C. to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended.

Dosage As a guide, a dosage range of 100 ml to 250 ml per 100kg of cementitious material is recommended. Optimum dosage of LILAX – M.C. should be determined with trial mixes

Points to remember when producing waterproof concrete:

• Ensure water / cement ratio is within the range of 0.40 to 0.60.
  
• Keep water content as low as possible.
  
• Place concrete quickly and compact it well.
  
• Ensure complete curing.
  

PACKAGING LILAX- M.C. is packed in: 500g, 1kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg container.

LILAX-TA is a rapid set, polymer modified, flexible cementitious-based floor and wall tile adhesive. Specially formulated for its enhanced adhesion and flexibility, which makes it deal for areas where slight movement or vibration can occur.

Uses

The adhesive's unique qualities make it ideal for fixing natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, mosaic and glass tiles to most common building substrates including concretes and render, screeds, brick and block work, existing tiled surfaces. LILAX-TA is perfect for interior, exterior, wet and dry conditions. It will take light foot traffic within 2 to 3 hours dependant upon temperature and substrate.

Tile Adhesive Features

• May be used for localized repairs to concrete and screed surfaces.

• Tiles can be grouted in 3 hours

Tile Adhesive Mixing LILAX - TA should be added slowly to clean water and mixed thoroughly to give a slump free easily worked mortar. The mix proportions by volume are approximately 2 parts LILAX-TA: 1 part water. Application Apply the adhesive with a suitably sized notched trowel leaving solid ribs, when tiling floors, external situations and wet areas such as showers or swimming pools, solid bed fixing must be achieved. To achieve this the tiles should be "buttered" immediately prior to placing into a ribbed bed, removing any voids. Bed the tiles in firmly with a slight twisting action and make adjustments within 15 minutes of fixing. Cleaning off excess adhesive from the tile face & grout lines with a damp cloth before it sets. Tools should be thoroughly cleaned in water to remove excess materials immediately after use. As with all single part cementitious adhesives, LILAX-TA is designed to withstand only slight movement and vibration of the substrate.

LILAX Waterproofing Admixture improves the waterproofing properties of Portland cement mortars, renders, and stucco work and concrete. LILAX is a unique chemical treatment for the waterproofing and protection of concrete. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Add the solution to the dry materials and continue mixing in the normal manner.

Lilax S.N.F.-100 is used as plasticizing admixture for concrete mixes with water reducing properties. It contains selected synthetic condensates based on formaldehyde. It imparts extra high workability to cement/aggregate mixes without adding extra quantities of water. Further, it also helps in better retention of slump and keeps a lower water cement ratio. Lilax S.N.F.-100 is normally available in pack of 0.25 ltr, 0.5 ltr, 5ltr, 20 ltr, 200ltr drums or poly jars.

Lilax S.N.F.-100 s is vastly used to cast girders, dams, columns bridges, water retaining structures, concrete blocks, concrete pipes, pre fabricated elements, pavements, sleepers, underground tunnels and basements.

In R.C.C civil structure rust is unavoidable also a headache factor in reinforcement steel (tor or plain). APPLICATION METHODS:
Expose the rusted surface .The rusted surface to be cleaned first with wire brush, hammer etc depending upon corrosion. SILVICON R.C. to be apply with brush over the effected and rusted surface .After applying one coat of SILVICON R.C. allow at least 24 hrs. till the reddish colour of rust abolish and original colour appears. Then remove the freed loose rust particles with brush and cotton cloth .In heavy rusted and corroded surface if rust still remains, then another coat of SILVICON R.C. to be applied on dry surface.

Silvicon A.C. is a smooth aqueous liquid, two component polymer based coating for protection against corrosion of reinforcement and concrete, which effectively blocks the passage of water and chemicals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Clean the surface with emery cloth, hard and soft duster. Remove all the loose rust particles and other foreign particles if any.
• Pour the Powder to liquid slowly while mixing continuously for approximately 3 minutes till a brushable consistency is achieved.
• Apply with a painting brush. Second coat to be applied after two to three hours.
• Concreting to be done after 24 hours.

Silvicon Latex is a single component Co- Polymer admixture specially developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. APPLICATION METHODS:-

• Fix the tiles with SILVICON – T.A. a tile fixing adhesive maintaining a proper gap between the tiles. Allow proper time to harden the tiles fixed.
  
• Clean the open gaps from all dust, dirt, loose and foreign particles very properly.
  
• Make pasty mix with 1 kg SILVICON TILE GROUTS with 290 ml -320 ml of water and mix it properly till it becomes a pasty consistency.
  
• Insert the paste of SILVICON TILE GROUTS inside the open gaps and filled the gaps with full compactness. No air entrapment is allowable .While filling rubber & squeeze, float etc. can be used for proper filing. It is to be strictly supervise that there should not be any voids. Always use a small area at a time for a application.
  
• Excess grout can be cleaned with wet sponge as early as possible after application.
