Silvicon A.C. is a smooth aqueous liquid, two component polymer based coating for protection against corrosion of reinforcement and concrete, which effectively blocks the passage of water and chemicals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Clean the surface with emery cloth, hard and soft duster. Remove all the loose rust particles and other foreign particles if any.
Pour the Powder to liquid slowly while mixing continuously for approximately 3 minutes till a brushable consistency is achieved.
Apply with a painting brush. Second coat to be applied after two to three hours.
Concreting to be done after 24 hours.

In R.C.C civil structure rust is unavoidable also a headache factor in reinforcement steel (tor or plain). Rust gradually destroy the reinforcement steel and thus creates the destruction of the structure. So, it is utmost necessary to remove rust whenever it is exposed while at the time of new construction or rehabilitation of structure. SILVICON R.C. is most necessary one component liquid chemical, which removes the rust and also prevents further rusting. USES:
Removing rust from reinforcement steel (tor or plain) also from steel /iron made tanks, pipelines, trusses, rafters etc.

APPLICATION METHODS: Expose the rusted surface .The rusted surface to be cleaned first with wire brush, hammer etc depending upon corrosion. SILVICON R.C. to be apply with brush over the effected and rusted surface .After applying one coat of SILVICON R.C. allow at least 24 hrs. till the reddish colour of rust abolish and original colour appears. Then remove the freed loose rust particles with brush and cotton cloth .In heavy rusted and corroded surface if rust still remains, then another coat of SILVICON R.C. to be applied on dry surface.

Damage and defective surface to be clean after removing all loose and adhering particles oil grease dust dirt moister etc very properly and cleaned with water. APPLICATION METHODS:-
Fix the tiles with SILVICON – T.A. a tile fixing adhesive maintaining a proper gap between the tiles. Allow proper time to harden the tiles fixed.
Clean the open gaps from all dust, dirt, loose and foreign particles very properly.
Make pasty mix with 1 kg SILVICON TILE GROUTS with 290 ml -320 ml of water and mix it properly till it becomes a pasty consistency.
Insert the paste of SILVICON TILE GROUTS inside the open gaps and filled the gaps with full compactness. No air entrapment is allowable .While filling rubber & squeeze, float etc. can be used for proper filing. It is to be strictly supervise that there should not be any voids. Always use a small area at a time for a application.
Excess grout can be cleaned with wet sponge as early as possible after application.

APPLICATION METHOD:-
Prepare the surface by cleaning properly with brush, emery paper, hard and soft duster from all dust, dirt, loose and adhering particles finally wash with water.
Apply 1st coat with SILVICON WALL PUTTY after mixing with water as per recommended dose over wet and clean surface. Allow proper time to dry up 1st coat .Apply 2nd coat with fresh mixed material over 1st coat. The maximum thickness not to increase over 1.5 mm.
