Incepted in the year 1997, Sahaz Technocraft Engg. Pvt. Ltd has established itself as an eminent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of assortment of industrial Fabrication in M.S. & S.S. also precision engineered machined components.

Our sound manufacturing unit is situated in the heart of Pimpri-Chinchwad MIDC where raw material and manpower are available abundantly. We have installed some of the necessary latest machines and others which expedite the production process and facilitates the fabrication and machined components. Our precision engineered components are durable and sturdy and are widely used in the assemblies of genset, compressors, refrigeration, AC and other equipment.

We use quality raw material to manufacture durable and sturdy industrial products. The raw material is sourced from local traders and reliable vendors from Mumbai who are known for supplying premium grade material. Our products are manufactured from qualitative M.S., angles, flats, channels, I beams, HR CR sheets, plates, pipes, bars and other raw material. We offer Mild Steel Components, Mild Steel Ducts, Mild Steel Base Frame, Extruder Frames, EOT Cranes, Mild Steel Flanges, MS U Clamps, Material Handling Equipments, Control Panel Boxes, Jigs & Fixtures, Heavy Machining Services and Institutional Furnitures.

Our research and development unit is well equipped with requisite facilities to conduct research and other activities to bring about improvement in the features and quality of machined components. We have employed adept research associates who keep themselves abreast with latest development in the world in order to facilitate timely improvement of production procedures. They work in close association of production team and provide them relevant information which can bring about tremendous improvement in the performance and quality of the machined components. The information is thoroughly analyzed and used in the production process.

We have adopted the policy of Total Quality Management, and ensure that we adhere to standard procedures to manufacture impeccable machined components. Our quality inspectors have set out a standard procedure which involves following steps:

• First sample piece approval system
• Regular inspection during production
• Pre-dispatch inspection and preparation of report

He has been instrumental in the success of company and the guiding force of our company who have adequate qualification and experience in the fabrication and machined components.
