Who We Are

Established in 1994, Sahib Flour Mills is one of the leading manufactures and suppliers of flour. Our ancestral enterprise started with a petite modest chakki and small group in 1950 and is now a full fledged company serving whole Punjab and the nation. To expand our business on the international front we have attained IEC export license. Our high quality flour is available under the brand name of “Savera Bhog”.

With more than five decades of experience, we have excelled in the field of providing qualitative and nutritious flour like whole wheat flour, Indian wheat flour, whole wheat chakki atta, white wheat flour, brown wheat flour. We replaced old manufacturing techniques in 1990 with new ones to further improve the quality of the flour and increase our productivity to meet the increasing demands of our customers. Our trained team of millers takes extreme care in maintaining the hygiene level in the flour owing to their years of experience.Today we have grown into a distinguished house of miller with modern chakki plants which hygienic atmosphere has been maintained.

Product Profile

We offer supreme quality flour which is completely untouched by hand. Quality tested white and brown wheat grains are procured from Indian farmers. We produce whole wheat flour, Indian wheat flour, brown wheat flour, white wheat flour, chakki wheat flour and many more. The flour is hygienically prepared and is demanded by our clients in the food products industry.

Product Profile

Production Process

We have expanded our production process from a chakki into a miller house. Our millers use modern techniques instead of the traditional sudden death method which reduces the nutritional value of the flour. They follow "Order Wise" method where in the broken wheat is grinded and sieved in various stages to achieve desired size of flour. This process of flour manufacturing produces less heat which ultimately helps in retaining the nutrition level.

Impurities are screened out of the sieved flour to clean it using air-suction. The remaining grains are cleaned with scourer and water treated & conditioned before further processing. The atta produced in our mill is not in powdered form but in ball like granules. This flour is thus capable of absorbing enough water to make supple dough which makes luscious, soft and tasty chapatis.

We procure high grade wheat grains from the grain market allover Punjab which are cleaned and conditioned in various stages to screen out impurities.

As we use “other wise” method of preparing flour, the heat generated is not in excess; therefore the product does not loose its nutritional values. We also ensure that wheat used in production process is moisture free so it doesn’t get rotten. It is this superior quality which makes it demanding and usable for various food products like cakes, pasteries, breads, cookies, noodles, etc.

Packaging

Since food items are easily perishable, our company ensures that the flour is safely packed. We ensure that all the varieties of wheat are packed in air-tight packets. The flour including whole wheat flour, Indian wheat flour, chakki wheat flour, white wheat flour and brown wheat flour are packed in LDPE poly bags and woven bags of 5 kg, 10 kg, 20kg and 50kg. Our packaging department has many pioneering ideas of packing the products. Our packaging material ensures the freshness of the product and also saves them from heat, rodents and moisture for longer time. We have a packaging unit which is completely hygienic and dust-proof and the machines used for packaging are also cleaned regularly to maintain the level of hygiene. We use durable and high quality packs to assure safe delivery of the products.

With the vast experience, our well trained millers and food quality experts, who have complete knowledge of various processes involved in the manufacturing of flour viz. cleaning, conditioning, grinding, milling, sieving, etc. They handle all the equipments with care and make sure that hygiene level is maintained in all the stages.
