Industrial Mixers

The direct drive mixers are used for low viscosity fluids like in water treatment plant, chemical plant, dairy plants. They are available in three basic speeds, 1400 rpm, 960 rpm, 750 rpm and power ranging from 0.18 kw to 2.2 kw. Flange and angular bracket mounting position is available. Lifting lowering stand suitable for different tank sizes is also an optional accessory to cyclone direct drive agitators. Different mixing impellers like propellers, pitched turbines and other axial or radial flow turbines can be fitted for different properties of fluids and applications. These mixers are also available with adjustable agitator shaft length in hollow shaft motor, specially designed for mixer duty. Heavy duty lifting lowering stand is an optional accessories to cyclone direct drive stirrers. "Cyclone Direct Drive" mixers are available in different mounting arrangements like clamp, flange, stool or other supports. Different models are available depending on application, volume, viscosity, and specific gravity. Other than standard models these mixers can be designed to suit specific requirement at optimum efficiency and minimum of power rating.

We offer cyclone geared drive fliud mixers that are used for viscous and semi viscous liquids like paint and enamel mixing, mild agitation, pulp and other food mixing etc. These fluid mixers are available in four standard speeds, 375 rpm, 290 rpm, 200 rpm, 125 rpm. The power rating ranges from 0.37kw to 7.5kw. Lifting lowering stand suitable for different tank sizes is also an optional accessory to Cyclone geared drive agitators. We offer high speed Emulsifier suitable for laboratory are complete with AC/DC universal motor, mixing shaft, impeller and adjustable lifting lowering stand. The speed can be varied over a vide range using auto variac or electronic thyristorised controller. Widely used in laboratory for mixing, stirring, homogenising and dispersing of low viscocity to high viscocity liquids/ pastes.

Cyclone colloid mills are used in production of ointment, cream, gels & high viscous fluids for grinding dispersing and homogenising in one operation. The mill can be integrated in to closed pipe line systems in fully continuous process, for inline operations, as well as into recirculation system. Due to special rotor-stator configuration, the unit has a high pumping capacity and hence can be easily integrated into an agitator vessel with recirculation time.

Cyclone planetary mixers are ideally suitable for operations like mixing, kneading, emulsifying, blending, aerating, of powders, granules, ointments and high viscous applications. These are manufactured in various models from 20 liters to 500 liters bowl capacities. The bowl can be jacketed for simultaneous cooling or heating of compounds.
