TIG Welding Machines We are providing TIG Welding Machines, diode based thyristorised and invertor based equipments in different models as per current capacity and application. Our models are mandatory equipment in any industrial and manufacturing infrastructure, installed to ensure quality and help optimize design. They are a part of capital equipment, which once installed, are not replaced for reasonable time period. We are offering submerged arc welding equipment that are suitable for tungsten inert gas welding commonly know as "Argon Arc Welding". This process in mainly used where high deposition is not an essential factor, but where emphasis is to be made on leak proof, clear finish strong joint structure of stainless steel, copper and their alloys. The process comprises of basis arc formed by actuating high frequency circuit. Operational process include :
- Once the arc is formed, the high frequency is discontinued by provision of auto cut-off facility during stainless steel and copper welding applications and is made to superimpose continuously during welding of Aluminium and the alloys.
- Filler metal uses minimum deposition requirements
- Direct current, dropping characteristics power source is used in case of stainless steel and copper welding applications
- A special device called D.C. suppressor unit is essential for avoiding direct current in filtration
- The basic arc thus formed gives sufficient heat input to melt the parent metal depending upon the current range selected
- In this process the argon gas is used for shielding the arc.
