We started our journey of commercial production in 1999 with the company name Sai Auto Stampings with the infrastructure for sheet metal press parts, engine mounting plates, engine mounting frame, assembly swing arm, welded assembly, welded seat frame & supporting tool room facilities. We are expert in engineering and stamping deep drawn parts. We do all our works with utmost care to provide the best services to our clients. Our customers come to us from various diversified industries like electronics, automotive, military and aerospace, telecommunications, and hardware. We are one of the companies who are renowned for their ability to produce some of the world's finest stamped products. Our organization have ISO/TS 16949-2002 by AQSR International Inc. Ann Arbor, Michigan USA and Accreditation by IATF and ISO14001-2004 by the same. We are also accredited by NABCB Certificate of registration. We are dedicated to meeting all requirements of our certification.

We provide support to help you optimize your preferences in production technique, component design and performance, selection of alloys, material usage, and measurement and quality standards. For these, we have in house facilities to cater the needs of our clients- Press Equipments- We have seven Mech press (piller type) machine of Burman (model) and Mankoo (model) makes and Mech press (C type) press machines as press tools. These are multipurpose press tools and quite flexible for use. Welding Equipments- We have six CO2 Welding (piller type) machines of JJ Arc Control (model) make welding tools for the purpose of welding purposes.

We incorporate a wide range of tool room facilities to fabricate products with optimum quality. Our facilities include- For Press Equipment we have one Hydraulic(Press) of HMT make incorporated for our tool room. As Quality Instrument-We have one Trimos, one CMM and one Profile Projector for quality checking. We have incorporated Calibration Instrument from Quils calibrating labrotaries quality system. For Wire cutting and Milling, we have two CNC wire cut and one milling machines. We have latest Designing Tools for our tool room. For designing, we use latest softwares like Pro-e, UG etc. for solid and surface modelling. Our design team has an excellent track record past experience in Telco, Bajaj, Phillips for at least 15 yrs and above. For Zinc Plating, we have blue, yellow, olive green passivation color types. For powder Coating,we can provide both black and colored as specified. We also provide anodising, metal eitching and metal printing facilities.
