The basic range of these couplings is available in blank and finish borese according to ISO norms. H7 and keyways can be added to bored couplings for no extra charge. The hubs are either made of steel, aluminum or cast iron depending on clients’ specification and also the size chosen. Polyurethane spider elements are used to 92 shore A as standard. Higher torques is available on special request.

It has the capacity to absorb shock loads and damps small amplitude vibration. It also spacer coupling with spacer size depending upon the distance between two shaft ends. The insert spider is manufactured in-house wit premium grade synthetic rubber-nitrile to absorb shock loads, torsional vibrations and slight misalignment. These couplings are available in different technical specifications in terms of bore sizes. The jaw couplings are also supplied with finished bore and keyway.

We offer a wide gamut of gear couplings that are manufactured using premium grade MS, alloy and carbon steel that provides close tolerance for accurate alignment and proper balance. Our assortment of flexible gear couplings can be easily benefited in two configurations such as full and half gear. Grease oil should be applied at the time of fitting these couplings and also when the temperature is within 800 c and above.

The encoder couplings are extensively used in various industries and are also know as zero backlash flexible shaft couplings. The range is available with metric and bores and its outside diameter is available in the range between 12mm and 50mm. These couplings are machined using single piece of aluminum; various helical cuts are machined in to one piece of material. The 40 mm couplings have multiple cuts which provide maximum torque capabilities that gently reduced wind-up as compared to commodity type single beam couplings.

The pin bush couplings that we design and fabricate are appreciated for their simple and compact construction. These couplings are capable of transmitting high torques at higher speeds. Its flanges are designed using cast iron and permits drive in any direction as the need no lubrication or adjustment after the fitting. Even in water, dust and other atmospheric conditions the flexible remains unaffected.

Our range of muff coupling has gained accolades for their rigid construction along with easy and cost effective method for extending a shaft or adapting between two different sizes of shafts. Its simple design enables it for easy assembly and dismantling. These couplings require no lubrication and no moving parts which is why it provides noiseless operation. For enhanced balancing we developed alternative clamping and excellent tensile bolts that are used to prevent loosening under vibration.

These components are machined accurately with excellent tolerance and used in CNC machine shop.
