The screen works on the principle of gyratory motion using low powered motor. The unique features of this type of sieve is it'shigh capacityusing minimum space. The screen has specially designed bi-directional vibrations which prevent blinding of sieves. The material to be screened is feed from the top & collected simultaneously from outlets of different decks. These screens can handle wide range of materials such as heavy, dry, wet coarse or fine. We manufactures various sizes to suit individual requirements in M.S. and S.S. construction.

Features:

• Replacing or adding of extra deck and screen frame is simple operation. Even lower deck could be changed without disturbing the upper decks.
• The screen is totally enclosed such that no dusting takes place even in the finest classification.
• This design of machine consumes less power than other traditional screens of identical capacity.
• The screen is normally manufactured using allthe contact parts of AISI 304 stainless steel. However, screen in M.S. construction can be manufactured on request due to cost consideration.
• The screen works on solid liquid separation efficiently.
• As the screen vibrates in multiplane the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional antiblinding system is provided for difficult and wet materials.
• Due to advanced vibration technology the separation is near perfect.
• The screen cloth is held in the frame very tight by a special process. This gives long life to the screen.
• The machine has perfectly designed coil springs so that no vibrations are transferred on the floor.

SAIDEEP bin activator consist of conical shape discharge zone which is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed by one special flexible sleeve made of rubber. One unbalance vibrator motor is fixed on one side, which when operated makes the material flow normally through the opening provided at discharge point. Some times material stored in a hopper does not flow easily due to peculiar design of hopper or due to inherent non flowing properties of the material. In such situation the normal solution is to employ bin vibrators, Air jets, Manual pocking or hammering. This normally leads erratic discharge of material with noisy operation. It is here that, SAIDEEP bin activator plays an important role in solving material flow problem caused by wedging, compacting or rat holding of material in taper zone at discharge end of the hopper. Applications: Bin Activator has been successfully tried on all difficult to handle products like :-

The electromagnetic vibratory feeder consists of a tray made of mild steel and a body housing the electromagnet. The tray which is connected to the armature of the magnet vibrates as the magnet gets energised. The vibration sets the material in motion. Controlling of vibration gives the controlled flow of the material. The body housing the electromagnet is made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting.

Useful to any continuous process industry where automatic controlled flow of material is required.

APPLICATION

Electromagnetic vibratory feeders are very useful in plastics, rubber, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass and other allied industries.

Electromagnetic vibratory feeders can be supplied from few grams to 100 tons per hour capacity or more. They can also handle slightly wet material. Electromagnetic vibratory feeders can also be used for screening by fixing a screen over the tray.

These screens have been very successful for screening free flowing materials, as the use of moving parts, eccentrics, etc. have been completely eliminated in this application.

The vibratory feeders tabled below, operate at 230 Volts A.C. single phase system. The bigger size feeders beyond 100 T.P.H operate at 440Volts A.C. Two phase.

Our range of electromagnetic impact type vibrators consist of main body which houses the coil. These coils are coursed with pulsating current that sets in the vibration. The amplitude of vibration can be restricted by controlling the input voltage. The vibrators can easily be installed and requires very less maintenance. The strength of vibration can be controlled if necessary by providing regulator in the control panel.

Application:

• For inclined discharge chutes to produce an easy flow
• For rectangular or cylindrical bin with center discharge
• For effective packing of fluffy and difficult to handle powder in chemical and pharmaceutical industry
• For proper flow of material in conical shaped hopper

Capacity:

• The vibrators are made in various power ratings ranging from 25 Watts to 500 Watts. It is important to use the vibrator of correct rating
• The vibrator model depends on the wall thickness of the hopper
• The design and the capacity of the hopper determine the number of vibrators to be used
• When more than one vibrator is required to be installed on one hopper, they should be connected in same phase
• All the vibrators are designed to operate at 230 Volts. A. C. single phase system
• The vibrators at higher voltage can be manufactured on request
• Each vibrator will be provided with a control cabinet to convert A. C. to pulsating D. C. except model SDV-1
