| Bin Activator SAIDEEP bin activator consist of conical shape discharge zone which is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed by one special flexible sleeve made of rubber. One unbalance vibrator motor is fixed on one side, which when operated makes the material flow normally through the opening provided at discharge point.
Some times material stored in a hopper does not flow easily due to peculiar design of hopper or due to inherent non flowing properties of the material. In such situation the normal solution is to employ bin vibrators, Air jets, Manual pocking or hammering. This normally leads erratic discharge of material with noisy operation. It is here that, SAIDEEP bin activator plays an important role in solving material flow problem caused by wedging, compacting or rat holding of material in taper zone at discharge end of the hopper.

| Magnetic Drum Separator Application:
The magnetic drum separator is most ideal for separation of iron particles from granules & powders It is widely used in Glass, Ceramic, Chemical, Fertilizer, Plastic and Food Industry. Magnetic Drums in 300mm. Diameter& in length varying from 300mm. To 600mm. Suitable for feed capacities upto 2tons per hour can be given on short deliveries. Magnetic drums upto 600mm. Diameterand length up to 1500mm. Which could handle upto 10tons per hour.
Operating Principle:
Permanent magnetic drum is designed and manufactured in such a manner that only half of its side is magnetized and the other half is not magnetized. An empty stainless steel 304 shell which surrounds the magnet rotates freely. The magnet is stationary. Ferrous particles which get attracted are collected separately as shown.
Construction:
The magnetic drum incorporates a number of oriented, isotopic permanent magnets assembled in such a way to givealternate polarity across the circumference depending on the application. The magnetic intensity in case of permanent magnets is more uniform than electro magnets. They operate at low operating cost due to non use of rectifier and electricity and are more reliable as they operate even during power failures.

| Magnetic Pulley Magnetic pulleyes are used at the discharge point of the conveyor to separate tramp iron from the product moving on the conveyor belt. The pulley is particularly very useful in iron ore purification to ensure broader working field. Pulley is also used in conjunction with suspension magnet to efficiently control the tramp iron removal. Magnetic pulley can be manufactured using permanent magnets or electromagnetic pulley by using aluminum or copper coils. Electromagnetic coils of magnet are fully protected and sealed as these are normally used in open places and are subjected to varying atmospheric conditions. Magnetic pulleys are supplied complete with sealed bearing units on both sides and in diameter and length to suit individual requirements.

Coolant Magnet Cum Paper Band Filter For very high precision grinding, honning, broaching or lapping operation addition paper band filter is recommended along with coolant magnet. Use of paper band filter takes care of fine non ferrous particles which are also present in minute quantities in the coolant liquid. The coolant magnet is housed above the paper band filter and liquid free from ferrous impurities fall on filter paper. The process is fully automatic and consumption of filter paper is negligible vis-a-vis the machine performance.
Normally coolant magnetic separator are made in following standard sizes. Machines up to 500 liters per minute capacities can also be manufactured against requirement.

| Unbalance Vibro Motor Operation:
The unbalance motor generate rotary centrifugal force due to unbalance weights fixed on either side of the motor.
This centrifugal force set the hole mass vibrating. The frequency of vibration depends on motor RPM. and the amplitude of vibration depends on the mass being vibrated.

Vibro Screen / Vibrating Screen / Vibratory Screen SAIDEEP has come out with a most advanced design of screens for grading of fine, wet and difficultto screen materials. The screen works on the principle of gyratory motion using low powered motor.
The unique features of this type of sieve is it'shigh capacityusing minimum space. The screen has specially designed bi-directional vibrations which prevent blinding of sieves.
