Sai Elasto Technologies, since its establishment in 1990, is engaged in the manufacturing, export and supply of Silicone and Viton Rubber Products at large scale. Infrastructure
We have successfully installed in-house facility at our premises for designing innovative products. Our state-of-the manufacturing unit is well equipped with technically advanced resources and contemporary machines as specified below:
• Microwave curing system with continuous vulcanization of Silicone Rubber.
• Advanced mixing system.
• World-class fully automatic Braiding system coupled with Automatic microwave curing system for Silicone Transparent Braided Hoses.
• Molding press of different sizes and capabilities.
• Post Curing ovens of different capacities.
• Boilers, Vulcanizers, Autoclaves etc.

Warehousing
Our warehousing unit is well equipped with all the required provisions to protect the stored finished as well as semi finished goods. The unit is absolutely hygienic and dust free. Fire extinguishers have been installed in all the corners of the warehousing layout. Talented store keepers keep strict vigilance on all the products so the products reach the customer's premises in the same condition in which they were manufactured.
