House Wiring Extrusion Lines

We supply highly advanced range of insulation line which is used for house wiring and control cables offers good flexibility. The insulation line also incorporates dual extrusion system helps in providing skin, single line, dual line through the piggy back mobile extruder.  Our piggy back extruder offers the advantage of space saving and could be easily changed for any line direction. With the base fixed to the ground, the extruder can be rotated 360 degree. It has the head which is self centered and helps in removing the problem of centering the cable and thus, minimum start up time is achieved.
 
The efficient workmanship and the efficient designing make sure the minimum change over time and helps in giving the advantage of changing size and color numerous times during production. It includes the mumtipass cooling system which gives the good cooling solution in the production process, primarily in high-speed lines. In this cable gets the necessary time for proper cooling, the addition of dual take up system with two pay off in line facilitates the line to run consistently and helps in removing the stoppages during bobbin shifting resulting in high productivity.
 
All the machines are in synchronization with each other hence, the controlling is easy through one pot which gives the best results. The option PLC and non- PLC facilitates the customer to choose varied budget and requirements. The dual insulation lines are offered in three options which include:

We offer highly advanced lab extrusion line which are primarily used for tubes, stripe, compound and cables. With small amount of raw material it helps in producing extrudates with the simple cross section. The predictions by the plasticating extrusion software have been given on the geometry of the screws. Furthermore, these are fabricated in accordance with international standards and are delivered on time.
