1. Impregnation tank

1. Storage tank(PHOTO)

Storage tank specially designed to store varnish, oils or liquids as per customer need or varnish manufacturer specified

• Heating system to maintain temperature ranging from 25 C to 80 C.

• Cooling system for to maintain temperature of 0 c to 25 C.

• 100 mm rock wool insulation used to avoid heat transfer.

1. Stirrer(PHOTO)

• A stirrer with 3 nos aerofoil shaped blades is provided in order to reduce temperature gradient of varnish between side walls and a center of tank.

• Stirrer speed – 70 rpm.

• Bearing housing and stool provided in order to reduce friction, noise and for ease operation.

1. Pressure system

For pressure either the line can be taken from existing compressor unit or will be provided us as per customer requirement.
