Incepted in the year 2004, Sai Industries has emerged as an eminent manufacturer and supplier of high quality carbide cutting tools. In very short span of time we have been able to offer a wide range of cutting tools that meets the varied requirements of our clients. After establishing in the domestic market now we are also keen in expanding our market to international arena.

We have been fortunate to work under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Praveen Bhumale whose industry experience has made our company a trusted name in the market. Our endeavor to offer qualitative products has been engrained by the vision of our mentor, who himself was a quality manager in Universal Tools.

Our progressive business practices enable us to listen & understand customer's requirements and develop appropriate products that meet the clients’ specifications. We use latest machines that can create dimensionally accurate cutting tools.


			Apart from offering qualitative products we also take care of various queries regarding products. We provide onsite support to our clients and provide them with the required information regarding the application of tools. Product: We use latest technology to fabricate wide range of cutting tools. These tools are manufactured from superior quality of carbide rods that we procure from the trusted vendors based at Pune. Our precision engineered cutting tools are widely used in various engineering industries for performing regrinding and resharpning works. Our wide range of cutting tools comprises of end mill cutter, carbide tipped reamers,ball hose cutter, step drills,carbide tipped tools, regrinding services, resharpning sevices and solid carbide drills. We have well equipped manufacturing unit spread over the area of 800sq.ft. and have the installation capacity of 500000 units. The use of latest machines expedites the production process and helps in meeting the bulk orders of our clients. 			Warehousing & Packaging The capacious warehouse enables us to store bulk amount of raw material and the manufactured cutting tools so that we can meet the bulk orders of our clients. Our warehouse is segregated into different section where different tools are kept that in turn avoids confusion during shipment and also expedites the process. The warehouse is equipped with cranes and forklift that ease the movement of the finished cutting tools. We make sure that there is no leakage or build up of humid condition in the warehouse that can corrode the metallic tools. We not only manufacture high quality carbide cutting tools but also make sure that it reaches safely to our clients. For safe and easy shipment, our packaging professionals use qualitative packaging material like sturdy boxes, corrugated cartons and several other packaging materials. The packed boxes are properly labeled that expedites the shipment process.
