    • In an effort to help the trainers to be self sufficient in setting up their own enterprises, training is provided in conversational English & Hindi & local language thereby helping to remove illiteracy.

      • To bring art & craft closer to every one an effort is made to go on mobile vans to different urban & rural places to impact knowledge of handicrafts & career opportunities provided in this field.

      • An effort is made to save environmental hazards by educating the public on the use of proper bags & avoiding the usage of plastic bags thereby spreading the message & awareness of global warning.

      • The institute is venturing inthe field of publication by publishing a quarterly periodical "HANDCRAFT HORIZON" which will provide a useful information to both the artisans & the promoters / art lovers.
