A.C Machines (All Types & makes)

Rewinding and Repairs up to 50 MW 13.8 KV AC Motors/Generators.
A/C machine are rewund with Class 'F' or 'H' insulation. The coils are manufactured using Resin rich as well as Resin poor insulation system with Vaccume Pressure Impregnated Insulation (VPI) scheme.

A.C HT Spare Coils

Spare Coils upto 50 MW, 13.8 KV Ratings.

We manufacture and supply spare resin rich insulated coils as well as resin poor Insulated coils.

We have Exported coils of 35Mw machine and used them for rewinding of machine at site.

Rewinding and Repairs of all types of Traction Motors for Indian Railways as well as supply of spare field coils for DC Traction Motors OF various makes and output ratings.

Synchronus Machines Repairs

All Types of Synchronus Machines upto 20 MW are repaired and rewound inclusive of replacement of field coils, poles, etc.

We also modified few Synchronus Machines to suit higher supply voltage eg.modification of 3.3 kv to 6.6 kv.

Large size commutators are rebuilt using their original steel parts with new Copper segments and insulation.

Generator Pole Coil

Pole coils of large generators are formed, built and potted/ moulded to match the pole shoe.

We have a unique facility to obtain internal heating of coil and moulding the same simultaneosly.

Spare DC Pole Coils

We supply spare DC pole coils as per customers specifications. Pole coils are formed after Edge winding of copper strips on special machine. Coils are subsequently insulated with resin using VPI process.

Wound Rotor Rewinding

Rotors of slipring motors are wound with class 'F' insulation.
End connections are tig-brazed.
Overhangs are supported by Resiglass banding.

D.C. Machine Armatures

Armatures upto 10MW capacity of D.C. Machines can be rewound and dynamically balanced.
Large size Armatures are wound in-situ and trim balanced at site.
