coil shop. The coils are manufactured as per customers specification and tested for :

1) High Voltage Test.
2) Surge Comparision Test.
3) Tan Delta & all other routine tests.
4) Test certificates are provided.


B Types of Coils
 
a) High Tension AC stator coils upto 13.8 kv voltage rating
b) Pole coils for DC machines and Syn. Machine rotors
c) Half bars for large machines
d) Coils with edge wise bending of copper strips
e) Field coils winding on built in pole
f) Low tension coils: wire wound or strip wound
g) Transposition of conductor in Stator coils / bars for large machines
h) Concentric coils for stator and rotor
