The Capstan Machine offered by us are available in different sizes of pulley and diameter that vary as per the small & medium size of cables and line speed. Capstan role in extrusion line is to pull the wire from Extruder and offering it to take-up in a synchrony form of speed. For this, these are provided with a three speed transmission to avoid by passing of wire from capstan in pulling operations in thick size or wire conductor. The Capstans are offered with main drive options in DC & AC frequency drives.
Our range of Co Extruder is optionally available for skinning, single dot and double dot on cable by changing of head tools. These are de-attached by moving on base frame due to single coating and same dual head is working for single coating with main Extruder. Our range of Co-Extruders is available in various sizes as per the requirements of the clients.
We offer to our clients a wide range of Extruder Machine s that is available as per different type of cable compounds, such as PVC, PE, HDPE, LD, Sioplas, XPLE and Nylon. These are used for Insulation, Sheathing, Jacketing and Skinning of cable, such as power cable, XLPE cables, control cables, railway signaling cables, quad cables, instrumentation, cables, telephone cables and switchboard cables.
The Extruders are transmitted by a helical extruder gear box with in built thrust assembly to bear back pressure load of screw rod. Moreover, the gear box is fitted with hardened and ground gears that are made using tested alloy steel to give, soundless and pulsation free delivery, on high RPM and Torque.
We hold an expertise in offering Haul off Caterpillar to our clients. These are available in Pneumatic pressure, cable pulling by Pneumatic cylinders, Controlled with solenoid valves to ensure light pressure on cable due to pulling operations. The sturdy and close roller assembly is supported to full cable gripping length due to passing cuttof cable from pneumatic force, three speed transmission is control slows fast line speed & stop wire by passing due to pulling operations in bigger dia cables. Both sides end rollers are supported the cable in straightway of running.
Our range of Take up & Pay off Stand comprises Portal type and Pillar type. The Portal type self traveling are used in bigger diameter drum size floor embedded rails with synchronizing pitch adjustment with a electronically controlled geared motor set bobbin traversing with limit switch adjustment. An extra heavy duty geared motor is fitted on top for pintal open close operations with sliding size of grinded pipes.
These are provided with Bronze/Gunmetal bushes for easy and smooth opening & closing of Pintal through gear transmission. Three speed gear box for high or low RPM of bobbin (Drum) as per cable size is also provided.
