Plate Exposure

Plate exposure with metal halide light source, differ power capacity, instant start. Microprocessor based, 9 channel memory timer, harder & faster vaccum, vaccum pump, drawers in the chest of cabinets. Plate exposure is well capable to do work up to the mark with international quality parameters. It will help to do work without any special exercise.

4 HI Tower

3 Colour Unit

SMC 3 color unit provide extra multi colour facility with no loss of page capacity. This unit can print :
  • Three colours on one side of the web.
  • Two colours on outside of the web and One colour inside of the web.
  • One colour on outside and two colours inside of the web.
3 color unit comprises of three printing couples,surrounding a common impression cylinder which facilitates three colour printing as indicated below.

  • High quality of 4 colour printing on one side of the web and one colour on the other can be printed when a stacked blanket to blanket unit is mounted on this colour unit.
  • Ease of operation and super printing quality are special reasons for its having an edge over the other machines.

Disconnection Clutch for web offset

Now there is no need to run the entire machine if you are going to print only four pages or one unit. SMC printing machine clutch is well capable to provide you this facility. SMC printing machine clutch should be mount on main drive shaft of webset press. It will work with the help of a lever or handle assembled in the same. If the lever is in th e"ON" position then entire machine will disconnect immediately except the unit which you want to run.
