Quality is the lifeline of our business. Our comprehensive quality control procedure involves:

Quality of castings start from order acceptance. Here, the quality plan is finalized which ensures Tooling Compatibility, CAD/CAM Designing, Methoding of Casting, Melting, Moulding and Finishing Techniques. Hence, Tooling Inspection Records and Method Cards are prepared before actual production. Further, the inputs are checked thoroughly for quality.

All Ferro Alloys are checked for Chemical Analysis that ensures the quality of moulds and liquid metal. Chemistry in Melting Activity is completely ensured by Spectro Analysis.

After the mould is ready, mould inspection records are maintained that also record pouring temperatures leading to total quality assurance of correct liquid metal that lead to the production of quality castings.

The castings are inspected for dimensions with sophisticated instruments ensuring dimensional compatibility. The mechanical properties are checked with the help of Universal Testing Machine as well as Radiographic, Ultrasonic Testing. The quality of casting finish is ensured by sophisticated Sand Blasting/Shot Blasting and other Fettling Tools for dressing.
