He is a qualified and renowned chartered engineer having more than 45 years of experience as an engineer. A retired Indian army officer, he had been appointed as Chief Engineer in the Army before his retirement. He is a chartered engineer and government registered valuer. Retired from army service in the year 1991, he has undertaken numerous valuation jobs in the national capital region (NCR), which includes New Delhi and its satellite cities.
