Adapting the amount of free air delivered to compressed air demand is the most economical operating method where demand for compressed air fluctuates considerably or where the stored volume is very small or when operating below peak load.

The SF series models are available in the following pressure ranges: 8 bar, 10 bar and 13 bar. Due to their continual flow regulation ranging from 25% to 100% they cover free air delivery in the range of 45 kW and 110 kW.
The SF series models have a frequency converter and separate control integrated into the switch cabinet in a space saving manner. The efficient control of the compressor is a standard feature in the SF series. The current operating conditions of the machine are displayed clearly and precisely in the LCD display.
SF series screw compressors can be ideally integrated into any existing compressed air station.

The ideal operating mode - The frequency controlled CLF series automatically adjusts to the air demand whilst controlling the pressure perfectly. In the event of a change of the pressure value, the output automatically adjusts. For example a 13 bar machine regulated to an 8 bar yields a correspondingly higher output without any expensive remodeling or design related modifications.
This is as efficient as it gets (CF SERIES 15 KW - 22 KW) - With these frequency controlled compressors you can rest assure that lower compressed air demand translates into reduced energy consumption with the frequency inverter continuously adjusting the volume flow to the actual demand. This leads to minimized idling times and pressure fluctuations. Soft starting also avoids undue wear and tear and prolongs the service life of the compressor.
Maximum efficiency - The BOGE C series up to 22 kW is characterized by its industry leading specific power ratios for efficient compressed air supply.
Frequency control - The optional frequency converter (CLF-/CLDF series) ensures a continuous volume flow between 25 and 100 percent. This allows adaptation to the momentary demand of the compressed air system. Soft starting also avoids undue wear and tear and prolongs the service life of the compressor.
Refrigerant dryer - The CDF series include an integrated refrigerant dryer for extremely high compressed air quality.
Control - The compressor is controlled by the focus control system which includes an integrated efficiency display as well as additional monitoring and control options. Focus is programmed as a changeover switch and can control up to three machines.
Economical due to flexibility - By adjusting the air end speed utilizing frequency regulation not only adjusts the output (FAD) but can also adjust the pressure (bar). The CLF machines can therefore operate at 8, 10 or 13 bar pressure without compromising free air delivered. To regulate a normal 13 bar compressor to 8 bar reduces the pressure but the output remains at the 13 bar design figure. The direct driven CLF utilizes frequency regulation in order to maximize FAD output whether at 8, 10 or 13 bar.
CLF Series - Direct coupled, reduces transmission losses to a minimum. The BOGE CLF series combines a direct coupled drive system with frequency control to provide the ultimate compressor for pressure control under variable output requirements.
The CLF series operates the aired within its optimum range and by changing the speed of both motor and rotor the compressed air output adapts to the actual demand. Expensive idling times and motor switches are avoided. At the same time a tighter pressure band can be set, also helping to save energy.

Saving energy & space - High output with total control (SLF/SLDF SERIES 30 KW - 200 KW). Adjusting the motor speed to fulfill the varying free air delivery requirements is the most efficient operating method when the system has considerable fluctuations, limited air receiver capacity or when the compressor is operating as peak load compressor.
Refrigerant compressed air dryers - The frame mounted refrigerant dryer has a pressure dew point of +3°C (DIN ISO 7183) and simply drops into the top of the screw compressor cabinet enabling simple maintenance or removal if ever necessary.

Boge Compressed Air System to meet the requirement of your Pet Bottle Application - BOGE FLEXIPET has been designed for total flexibility and convenience. The individual components can be assembled on-site according to specific requirements and the prevailing site conditions. A screw compressor generates air to 11 bar which is then dried to pressure dew point of -40°C. Boosters then make the required operating pressure up to a maximum of 40 bar. This pressure control saves energy.
