Boge Screw Air Compressor
The ideal operating mode - The frequency controlled CLF series automatically adjusts to the air demand whilst controlling the pressure perfectly. In the event of a change of the pressure value, the output automatically adjusts. For example a 13 bar machine regulated to an 8 bar yields a correspondingly higher output without any expensive remodeling or design related modifications.
This is as efficient as it gets (CF SERIES 15 KW - 22 KW) - With these frequency controlled compressors you can rest assure that lower compressed air demand translates into reduced energy consumption with the frequency inverter continuously adjusting the volume flow to the actual demand. This leads to minimized idling times and pressure fluctuations. Soft starting also avoids undue wear and tear and prolongs the service life of the compressor.
Maximum efficiency - The BOGE C series up to 22 kW is characterized by its industry leading specific power ratios for efficient compressed air supply.
The optional frequency converter (CLF-/CLDF series) ensures a continuous volume flow between 25 and 100 percent. This allows adaptation to the momentary demand of the compressed air system. Soft starting also avoids undue wear and tear and prolongs the service life of the compressor.
The CDF series include an integrated refrigerant dryer for extremely high compressed air quality.
Control - The compressor is controlled by the focus control system which includes an integrated efficiency display as well as additional monitoring and control options. Focus is programmed as a changeover switch and can control up to three machines.
Economical due to flexibility
By adjusting the air end speed utilizing frequency regulation not only adjusts the output (FAD) but can also adjust the pressure (bar). The CLF machines can therefore operate at 8, 10 or 13 bar pressure without compromising free air delivered. To regulate a normal 13 bar compressor to 8 bar reduces the pressure but the output remains at the 13 bar design figure. The direct driven CLF utilizes frequency regulation in order to maximize FAD output whether at 8, 10 or 13 bar.
Direct coupled, reduces transmission losses to a minimum. The BOGE CLF series combines a direct coupled drive system with frequency control to provide the ultimate compressor for pressure control under variable output requirements.
The CLF series operates the aired within its optimum range and by changing the speed of both motor and rotor the compressed air output adapts to the actual demand. Expensive idling times and motor switches are avoided. At the same time a tighter pressure band can be set, also helping to save energy.

Boge Compressed Air System to meet the requirement of your Pet Bottle Application - BOGE FLEXIPET has been designed for total flexibility and convenience. The individual components can be assembled on-site according to specific requirements and the prevailing site conditions. A screw compressor generates air to 11 bar which is then dried to pressure dew point of -40°C. Boosters then make the required operating pressure up to a maximum of 40 bar. This pressure control saves energy.
BOGE PET COMPRESSED AIR PLANTS - Manufacturers of PET bottles rely on BOGE compressed air plants. Their ability to adapt to the air demand actually needed for the production of different bottle sizes during operation is simply convincing.
FLEXIPET - These are the energetically efficient and dependable PET compressed air plants from BOGE for oil free quality compressed air from 10 to 40 bar. The performance of the screw compressor in the FLEXIPET plant is continuously controllable. This enables considerable savings because idling is reduced to a minimum. The constant operating pressure serves to avoid unnecessary and extremely expensive excess compression. The BS - Booster Line is engineered to combine the complementary oil free screw and piston compressors without any additional treatment. And the oil free series does everything in one step and without the need for any intermediary pressure.
BOGE PET - Compressed air plants are designed to directly generate control air. Without detour and without the support of any increased compression up to 40 bar and according reduction. This means saving up to 40 % of energy costs. Our PET compressed air plants are another example of our competence: BOGE products stand for flawless quality and highest efficiency.
HIGHEST QUALITY - BOGE FLEXIPET produces technically oil free and dry blow air without any oil vapors or odors. The use of BOGE Food Lub H1 oil guarantees the highest FDA quality compressed air
FLEXIBLE DESIGN - BOGE FLEXIPET is supplied with an air cooled screw compressor with the required FAD to meet demand. They come with proportional control in order to virtually eliminate idling. Water cooled versions are optional.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY - The BOGE FLEXIPET allows you to generate as much compressed air as is actually needed at the pressure required to a maximum 40 bar pressure. By doing so this eliminates unnecessary pressure generation and saves energy. Several boosters are simultaneously controlled by mean of an intelligent control system.

Industrial SCR Compressor
Saving energy & space - High output with total control (SLF/SLDF SERIES 30 KW - 200 KW). Adjusting the motor speed to fulfill the varying free air delivery requirements is the most efficient operating method when the system has considerable fluctuations, limited air receiver capacity or when the compressor is operating as peak load compressor.
Refrigerant compressed air dryers - The frame mounted refrigerant dryer has a pressure dew point of +3°C (DIN ISO 7183) and simply drops into the top of the screw compressor cabinet enabling simple maintenance or removal if ever necessary.
Energy saving - Tighter/reduced system pressure virtually eliminates off load running, In turn reduces start up current peaks and contributes to potential energy savings of up to 40 %.
Advantages of frequency control:
- Smooth starting and stopping within seconds
- Continuous volume flow control from 25 to 100%
- Flexible adaptation of free air delivery
- Reduced costs for wearing parts and maintenance
- No start-up current peaks (energy saving)
- Constant net pressure +/- 0.1 bar (energy saving)
- Almost no idle operation (energy saving)
- Matches demand perfectly
- Controls pressure precisely
- Optional radial fan or super silencing for significant sound pressure reduction
- Option with integral refrigerant dryer, the ultimate energy saving and space saving solution
The BOGE SLF/SLDF series combines a direct coupled drive system with frequency control to provide the ultimate compressor for pressure control under variable output requirements.
