Our plant, equipped with comprehensive and modern manufacturing technologies, is situated at Howrah, West Bengal, an industrial township, amongst the biggest in India and strategically located close to the port.
Salasar Bright Bar manufactures in compliance with international standards of quality and are in accordance with customer's stringent specifications. They are made in a variety of grades in the size range of 8 mm. to 105 mm. (8mm to 37 mm, Bright Drawn Bars and 38mm to 105 mm, Bright Peeled/Turned Bars or Bright Drawn Bars, as per the customers requirement) diameter.
Over the years, our products have been exported to a large part of the international community. Major destination countries include USA, Turkey, Jordan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand, UAE, Sri Lanka, Myanmar among others.

Testing FacilitiesThe raw material is procured by us in a highly professional and lengthy procedure after lab testing for chemical composition and diametric accuracy.
Our manufacturing process involves three stages of extremely well rehearsed modus operandi by trained personnel who ensure extreme accuracy and the best quality at every stage of manufacturing.
Pre straightening: The raw material is straightened before being peeled in order to maintain the accuracy of peeling. If the raw material is not found up to the desired standard, it is not allowed to pass to the next stage.
Peeling: In this stage, the straightened raw material passes through the peeling machine and is peeled as per the required size by a cutter made out of tungsten carbide. The rotatory motion of the cutter ensures accurate and even peeling of the raw material.
Post Straightening: The material is now re-straightened and polished to remove any surface flaws and to give it a pimple shining look.
Extreme care is taken while loading the material for transportation and shipment. Lacquer is applied to the material to prevent it from rusting for a long period of time.
Warehouse / Production CapacityOur manufacturing facility, strategically located at the industrial township of Howrah, West Bengal, having a manufacturing capacity of 12000 MT per annum.
