• For laboratory analysis like spectroanalysis and mechanical testing, we have strong & trustworthy tie-ups with MIA Research Center, MIDC, Nagpur and is equipped with Ultrasonic Flaw Detector to ensure defect free products.



• Prior to delivery, every consignment packed is stringently inspected to verify any technical defect and assure completeness of order.

To pack heavy casting and alloy products, we use authentic and reliable quality packaging materials like plywood cartons. Properly nailed and tampered, every product is precisely packed in between waste materials to keep them defect free. This prevents them from any kind of breakage or scratches. Apart from this, the cargo is stringently indexed with proper codes to avoid any missing or incompleteness in order.

To allow smooth and scalable delivery of a multitude of products, we have established a fully secured network that is adequately backed by a dedicated team of promoters, vendors etc. To assist speedy and reliable delivery, we employ a hard working and qualified logistics team. This empowers us to achieve the confidence and support of a huge number of customers, supplying quality products at economical prices.

Spread over an area of 9 acres of land, the company is endowed with trained and talented staff to manage a full line of hi-tech innovative machines. Built up with various facilities, we have:

Cutting Edge Technology: Induction Furnace with good holding capacity. Electrothermal make that is capable enough to cast alloys & steel upto 10 single pieces, Federal Make with EOT cranes (10 Tons & 20/10 Tons Capacity), Compressor (10 Kg to 20 Kg having 210 cfm), Sand Muller Mixer (500 Kg Capacity), Heat treatment furnace (size 3.5mtr x 3.5mtr x 2.8mtr), Bottom Pouring Laddie (Capacity 7.5 Mt & 1.5 Mt), Moulds/Bottom Plates, Sand Reclamation Machinery, Sand Crusher and Heat treatment temperature recorder (Data Logger).

Other Facilities: We are equipped with in-house fleeting & pattern shop that cast as customized. Available with 3 M.W., we are also backed by well furnished chemical labs for wet analysis.
