Salcomp develops and manufactures chargers for mobile phones and other electronic devices. We are the market leader in mobile phone and tablet chargers, and our main customers include the major mobile phone and tablet manufacturers. Power adapters based on Salcomp's own product platforms are suitable also for tablets, notebooks, gateways, routers, set-top-boxes, lighting and other electronic applications.

The cumulative production volume of 2.5 billion chargers makes Salcomp a pioneer in its industry. The current annual capacity of our production plants is approximately 450 million pieces. Salcomp's headquarters are in Salo (Finland), and the production plants in Shenzhen(China), in Manaus (Brazil) and in Chennai (India). In addition to these locations, we have offices in the USA, Brazil, Taiwan and in South Korea.

During fiscal year 2012 Salcomp’s net sales were 357 million euros and the company has approximately 12,000 employees. Salcomp belongs to Nordstjernan Group.
