Self Clinching Fasteners provide strong load bearing male or female threads in thin Steel and Aluminium panels.

Installation is neat and easy, simply locate the fastener into a punched or drilled hole and apply a parallel squeezing force to embed the fastener into the panel.

Self Clinching Fasteners works by utilizing a clinch ring which, when embedded into the panel is filled with metal by a cold flow process, thus effectively locking the fastener into the panel. The very nature of the clinch process gives high torque out and push out performance.

Self Clinching fasteners require a parallel squeezing force to be applied for successful installation. Equally important is the length of time the force is applied. Sufficient time must be allowed for the cold-flow clinching process to work (this is often referred to as the dwell time when installing on a hydraulic press). Self Clinching fasteners cannot be installed with a hammer blow as the force would only be applied for about a 100th of a second which is insufficient for the cold flow process to work.

Solid/Hammer Rivets:

A solid rivet is one of the oldest and most reliable fasteners in technical applications. Solid rivets are used today in applications where reliability and safety count. Steel rivets can be found in static structures such as bridges, cranes and building frames. The setting of these fasteners requires access from both sides of the structure. Solid rivet are driven using a pneumatically driven squeezing tool or even hand held hammers.

Blind Rivets:

Blind Rivets allow two or more components to be joined together from one side of the application.

Available in a combination of head styles, diameters, grip-ranges and materials, blind rivets are highly versatile and are a cost effective, industry proven joining method.

Installation is simple, with tooling ranging from cheap pistol-grip style manual guns to air-powered tooling suitable for production line work.

Applications include automotive, aerospace, furniture, restoration, sheet metal fabrication etc.

Blind Rivet Nut Inserts:

Blind Rivet Nut Inserts provide strong reusable threads in panels too thin to be conventionally tapped or in applications where only one side of the panel is accessible for installation - box section is a good example. They can be installed into panels as thin as 0.5mm and do not suffer from the maximum hardness limitations of Self Clinching Nuts so are suitable for installation into Stainless Steel panels.

Sheet nuts require a special tool for installation - tooling ranges from very low cost hand tooling for low volume, to air powered automatic installation guns for high volume applications.

Sheet nuts also have an advantage over other captivated fasteners because they can be installed on site after a component has been assembled. They can also be used for repair work to replace a previously installed fastener that has failed. The fact that they offer blind installation means that you don't have to have access to the back of the panel.

Available in Open Body and Closed End Styles, in Thin sheet, Flat Head, Countersunk and Hexagon head styles in Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum, with the option of a splined body for extra grip when installing into soft materials.

FIXRITE Thread Repair Inserts are made of helically coiled 18-8 (304) Stainless Steel and Inconel x-750 wire with a precise diamond shaped cross section to accommodate internal and external threads simultaneously. Indexing Elements:

The range of indexing elements includes not only indexing plungers, cam action plungers and spring plunger. It distinguishes itself by the variety of items, shapes and materials. Clamping Elements:

Adjustable handles are generally used for repetitive tightening, sometimes with high frequency. Therefore the stress resistance (i.e. resistance to frequent locking operations) of the whole handle and toothing used to transmit the clamping force from the lever to the locking element (boss or stud) is very important.

Chip Board Screws:

Ideal furniture fastener, providing high pull out resistance. It can be reused. Choice of diameters and lengths ensure proper selection for application.

Self Tapping Inserts:

Self Tapping Insert Nuts provide a strong, permanent thread for wood and wood based sheet materials. To install these Insert Nuts, simply screw the self-tapping body into the base material. The unique external thread ensures positive locking and offers strong resistance against pull-out due to torsion or vibration. The Insert Nuts incorporate a flange which prevents splitting of covered surfaces and driving the Insert Nut in too far.

Cross Nut/Barrel Nut:

Here's an easy way to put steel threads into wood and have the greatest amount of pull-out resistance of all the threaded insert types. Simply drill a hole to fit the barrel size, than hammer in the locking prongs until the top of the tee nut is flush with the surface. Can also be set flush in a counter bore.

Anchor Fasteners: We provide anchor fasteners, which are used in light, medium and heavy weight functions in bricks, blocks, and hard masonry. Available in various designs and sizes, these are efficiently catering various specific demands of the clients. Moreover, these can be in installing of sanitary facility equipments, fixation of conduit pipes, installing heavy equipment and machinery, fixing of signboards, fence, guard rails, and lightening fixtures.

Cage Nuts: We offer qualitative cage nuts which are manufactured using a stainless steel or spring steel outer shell and a floating encapsulated square nut made from either steel or stainless steel. Available in the combination of steel cage/steel nut, stainless cage/steel nut or stainless cage/stainless nut, these perfectly fit in square or rectangular holes and helps in avoiding the usage of welding, clinching or staking. Mostly used in rack mounting systems (computer cabinets), these cage nuts are easily installed using pliers to close the 'ears' of the cage. However, liberating these 'ears' helps them to enlarge and hold the panel along with access from only one side of the panel (or blindside). Due to the floating of the nut in the cage, it is perfect for panel misalignment.

Spring Dowel Pins: We offer spring dowel pins with a longitudinal slot down the entire length with chamfered or round ends, which helps in installation. These spring dowel pins are a type of headless hollow cylindrical tube, and is compressed as it is installed. Moreover, the pin applies nonstop pressure on the sides of the whole wall and this provides tension to avoid loosening created by vibration or shock.

Split/Cotter Pins: We offer split and cotter pins which are inserted through holes in two or more pieces. Moreover, these are bent to attach the pieces together.

Circlips: We offer circlips which are mostly used in assemblies subjected to strong centrifugal forces. These are also useful in securing against high rotational speeds. The most common form of axially fitted circlips for bores or shafts with grooves. Moreover, the Lugs with holes help in quick fitting or elimination with circlip pliers.
