Established in the year 1998, we - Samadhan Industries are engrossed in manufacturing and supplying sheet metal dies, special tooling equipment, inspection & welding fixtures and jigs and other host of engineering components. Our extensive range includes assembly fixtures, blanking & shearing dies, drill jigs, job inspection fixtures, form dies, job holding fixtures for machining, multi spindles, drilling units, special purpose shearing unit, SPM for assembly of components, spot welding fixtures, welding fixtures and pipe bending dies.
We operate from our set-up at at Chinchwad Industrial Area near Pimpri, as a Small Scale Industry. All our processes are well handled by Mr. R.A. Kulkarni who is the owner of the company. His vast experience in the industry has extensively contributed in the financial growth of the company. With his guidance, we have received a high turnover and thus attained a position in the market.

At our quality inspection division, we have all the facilities, which are needed for quality inspection. Our products undergo stringent third party inspection and we are in the process for ISO certification. Products are even checked at our premises before the delivery. Further, our experienced quality analysts closely monitor each stage of production for avoiding all the loopholes. Once our quality analysts approve the product, only then they are further sent for final delivery. |

Manufacturing Facility:
We are well occupied by a spacious factory area of 3000 sq. meters where all the requisite manufacturing facilities are installed. At our production unit, we have latest technologies and modern machinery, which extensively help us in timely production & waste reduction. Some of the machines installed at our unit are:
- Lathe machine
- CNC machine
- VMC machine
- Grinder machine
- Milling machine
In addition to this, we have an In-house design unit, wherein we have CAD and CAM facilities, which are of great help in better design and development. We also have safe packing and warehouse facilities, which keep our products absolutely safe and defect free. |

Packaging and Transportation:
Great care is taken at the time of packing the products. We get our products packed in cotton cloth for ensuring complete safety. Packaging is provided in such a way that the chances of tampering / damage during transit are well eliminated. These are further, stored in well-managed warehouse where favorable conditions are easily maintained.
We take a lead-time of ten days from the time of order processing and ensure that the consignment is delivered as per the committed date. |
